Our goal is to make good wine
Somewhere in the world,
in a place called Sant Joan de Mediona,
near Barcelona, and tied to this land.
We want to grow vines that express the best of their genetic potential when it comes on making good wine.
Some tasks can only be done by hand, this can not be compared to machine based labour.
Manual work is a rational work.
Because some labours can only be made properly while thinking.
And in the cellar, Extract and preserve all the good we have gleaned from the vine.
